Should I do something (bartending question)?

okay so for my summer job I work in a cafe (in a gym) and during the night we have a small bar where we serve beer and wine. last week I sold this group of ladies 4 bottles of wine and they did not tip me a single penny ( I even went outside to get them a bucket of ice to chill the wine). I was really nice to them and they are all loaded with money. I usually make about 20$ in tips doing the bar, but again I made 0$ last week. What bikes are the best for someone new?

Ok some im 22 and am about 6.1.. Im looking to buy a bike within the next few years maybe even this year. Now as of this second i have zero experience on a bike but before i ever buy one im going to take all the saftey courses that they offer. Now iv heard things like 250cc are great bikes and even to the point that its absolutly not advisable to buy anything over a 250cc. time is a human construct anyway. one day some human started counting and that eventually became time. it is somewhat arbitrary when you think about it. space is not linear, the earth doesn't spin 365 days around the sun nor is a day exactly 24 hours but wobbles just a tad off. the moon sometimes rises twice in a month, and all that we try to use to tell time change as they wish. people existed quiet well before clocks and calenders.

I am a 19 yr old female, when i was 14 i was prescribed 50mg of zoloft for OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) and depression, i also have an extremely rare, almost unheard of bleeding disorder called Glannzmann's Thrombastinia, which is a platelet disfunction (unlike hemophiliacs i have plenty of platelets, the ones my body makes are just retarded). Over the past 7 months or so i have been having a horrible time. One day i was sitting at my computer and i started to feel a little strange. I ignored it but apparently i looked a little off because my mother asked me if i needed to go to the ER. I said no i dont think so i dont feel that bad. So i went back to looking online, then all of a sudden i felt like i couldnt breathe, my chest felt like someone dropped an anvil on it, my entire body was numb, everything was blurry, and i thought i was dying. The drive to the ER seemed like an hour even though it was less then 5 mins away. My mother thought i was having an allergic reaction to an antibiotic i was on. Because she felt similar when she went into anaphlyatic (misspelled) shock over 20 years earlier from barbiturates given during a medical procedure. I busted in the ER door and told them what was wrong and they said ok you are having a panic attack...i said WTF is that? They examined me and everything seemed fine. They gave me Ativan (anti anxiety tranquilizer thingy) and sent me on my way home. Over the next few months i made well over 40 ER visits, each time feeling like i was dying, my lungs actually HURTING, and every time i was fine. I went to mental inpatient facilities 2 times before i tried to come off of my zoloft thinking maybe that was the problem. I went off of it cold turkey because my phychaitrist said it would be ok.....that is NOT true, i went through horrible withdraw, hot flashes, electric shock feelings in my head, being terrified, suicidal, so i was put into a psyche ward for that also. That was the last time i went, because after 40 ER visits and 3 inpatient psyche wards i was tired of ppl thinking i was crazy. So i have sucked it up for the past 2 weeks. I feel tired constantly, scared often, blurry vision, painful breathing, feeling like im walking on spring boards, all sorts of good stuff. But i know this is not something i am creating in my head. Something is wrong and they havent figured it out. Tomorrow i see a neurologist. They already checked me for Lupus since my mom has it and my symptoms were associated with that sort of disorder. i had a positive ANA but nothing else. They had me on benzos for 6 months, Ativan and valium, but they didnt work, i was calm but my symptoms persisted. I am NOT a medicine basher, Ativan and Valium both worked for calming me down, but they certainly arnt pills that doctors should just throw at you since they dont know what else to do. Now that i know i am not going to die from this (at least not right this second) i have been home and not in and out of the hospital. I feel horrible for my family. When i went into the hospital the last time they put me back on zoloft. Zoloft has worked for my depression and OCD for the past 5 years so I dont think it is the problem. Has anyone else had these problems? and been through the same thing? Any advice or words of wisdom?

Cam belt fix but an electrical problem?

The timing belt went on my girl friend's 10 year old x reg clio. RAC dropped the car off at a local back street garage. They quoted �550 to put a new belt on. After they installed the belt the car wouldn't start, There appeared to been an electrical fault. The garage arranged to moved the car to another garage where an electrician could find the fault.This garage did find the problem after a 18 hours of labour. The electrical garage said the problem would have been simpler to resolve if the car's electric wasn't in bits. I'm presuming here that the mechanical garage tried to figure out the electrical fault first before passing it onto the electrical garage perhaps trying to do a good deed. The invoice from the electrics comes to �395 which the mechanical garage says he has paid.Making the girlfriends total bill �995 for a car with a px value of �400. My question is what the likely chances that the mechanical garage caused the electrical fault. It was serviced last 6 months ago and there was no work done on the electrics then.

Im from Ireland and I went to America for 3 months to study as part of my course and I noticed that girls and guys dont really hang out together unless there dating someone in the group, or are interested in dating someone in the group. How can I quickly transfer large .mov files from Mac to PC?

I work as an editor for a small production company, at the moment I desperately need to transfer 6 x 8-20GB .mov files from a Mac to a PC. The files are too large to transfer via USB and whilst I have a drive large enough to hold them it is mac-formatted and cannot be read by the PC (even if the drive was formatted for both PC and Mac I presume it wouldn't accept files larger than 4GB?). I have also tried zipping the files down but A) they're still too big and B) the PC seems to have trouble unzipping files from the Mac. The final option I've considered is creating a network between the two machines and transferring the files this way but I worry about the length of time transfer will take and time is of the essence. Please let me know if you have any suggestions, I'm in a bit of a fix, but please keep things simple as I'm not hugely computer savvy!

How do you manage the pain of bone cysts?

Around Christmas 2010 i started getting pain in my right wrist (i am right handed). I didn’t know what was wrong and presumed it was a sprain. I work in a nursing home in the holidays and a couples days previous of the pain in my wrist i strained it from stopping a resident from falling over. At the time my back hurt and i didn’t think anything off it but the pain wouldn’t go so i saw the doctor and he said that i had sprained it and all i could do was rest it and buy a tubby grip so i did. It eventually stopped hurting as much. Every now and then i would get a tinge of pain but it was manageable. Then half way through university term it randomly started hurting. So much that i could do anything with it! It was even a struggle to do the button on my jeans up. I booked an emergency doctor’s appointment with the university doctors and he was a baffled as i was so booked me into have an x-ray. Since then i have had the result back which showed i had never sprained my wrist but i have a cyst of the lunar bone which is a little bone on the wrist. My doctor says there’s no treatment for it. I am now back working in the nursing home and my wrist is aching like crazy and really hurts. I don’t really know what to do. Anyone have any knowledge or experience of this? And know what i should be doing? Suggestions would be much appreciated! Thanks

I've been scratching my head for nearly 2 hours now, I got a virus which disabled my anti virus and started deleting all my files until i was left with a blank screen, I rebooted my PC into Safe mode and did a system restore and it returned most of my icons. However, When I browse My Computer and have a look for my films i cant seen to find them anywhere, Ive booted up media player and all my films are still there and playable, a few more of the files are the same, I recently saved a file in photoshop, couldn't find it where i saved it too, then i open photoshop clicked on recent files and it was there in the drop down list and i could open it! So im just missing the shortcuts/icons, I presume that my registry has been loaded (through System Restore) to default, So i tried a different restore point and that didn't work either. i took my jack russell out from 8 weeks old ... no puppy pads ... you should take the dog out every two hours around the clock for four days ... and then after every meal, every play session, after walking up the pup should be taken outside ... and patience ... if you are standing there getting annoyed the pup is taking so long, the pup feels that and sometimes it will stop them from going ... so be patient :O) and reinforce with appropriate crate training (one hour in the crate for every month the dog has been alive up to 6 hours in total) ... the dog should never be left unattended until he is housebroken because you can't discipline what you did not see ... and when watching the pup try to catch the cues he does before he has an accident so when you see him start to turn around or sniff, you can call out hey and hurry him outdoors ... when my pup was than young i would sometimes scoop her up and carry her outside to avoid an accident indoors ... that housebroke my jack with one accident in 12 years ... and of course, don't forget the extreme praise for every drop of urine and every poop the pup drops outdoors :O)

Hello, I was diagnosed with PCOS around 4 years ago and been with my partner around 3 years, we have always had unprotected sex as I was trying to conceive but no joy. I've in the last week experienced very sore and tender breasts (usually this happens around my period is due) but it's never been this bad, it keeps me up at night and I get shooting pains in the breasts also. I cannot remember the exact date of when I started my last period but I know I am possibly a week or 2 late as they were slightly irregular the last few months. I have been getting period cramps every day also for over a week but not too paninful...still no period however, I presumed the sore breasts were because I am around my due date. My breasts have also become swollen and I am feeling a little more tired than normal but unable to sleep of a night time which could be the reason. I presumed that I would never fall pregnant and now I am wondering after looking at a few symptoms online if I could be?? I was going to wait another week or so to do a test just to be sure as I have been a little stressed recently so this could be affecting my late period, the fact my breasts are increasinly sore and swollen is my only worry as it's never been this bad, there is no darkness around the nipples or swelling of the stomach from what I have noticed so far. PSP won't connect to internet.?

I am trying to hook up my sons PSP to our wireless internet but I cannot get it to work. It keeps saying "a connection error has occured. A connection to the access point could not be established." Whats a good bike for starting out?

Ok some im 22 and am about 6.1.. Im looking to buy a bike within the next few years maybe even this year. Now as of this second i have zero experience on a bike but before i ever buy one im going to take all the saftey courses that they offer. Now iv heard things like 250cc are great bikes and even to the point that its absolutly not advisable to buy anything over a 250cc. I totally agree. Drugs should only be used if it is absolutely necessary for things like dental work, shoeing and trimming, and things that will cause harm to the horse or person if not drugged. Some people use drugs to calm the horse when there is a buyer. I think that is totally wrong! Trainers and owners should properly train their horses in the first place to get rid of unwanted behaviors, or they should twitch them in certain cases. The saddest and most necessary situation is when the animal is in pain from an injury that cannot be healed. I had a period over 3 weeks ago but I am not completely sure, it could be four weeks. My periods have always been irregular so I don't take note of days etc. My last period (whenever it was) I bled for a few days then stopped, then a few days later I started bleeding again but only for 2/3 days. I am not on the pill and I have been having unprotrected sex with my partner so I decided to do a pregnancy test on tuesday, the result was unclear, when I first looked I presumed it was negative but then I looked closer and there was another line it was extremely faded. The next night I bought two clear blue tests, the first one I did, didn't work. I did the secnd test the following evening and this came back positive but also with an extremely faded line. The day after this I went and bought two digital clear blue tests which both came out with negative results. So I went to the chemist, when I told her aout the positive tests she was determined yu can't get a false positive result but then when I showed her the digital clear blue she told me that I should just go with that result because they are very good tests. I have a 16 year old daughter who has a lot of issues the main one is she loves being the center of attention be it good or bad. She has been seeing therapists since age 9 for habitual lying, cutting for attention, each time she went to therapy the therapists all said the same thing that unless she was willing to admit she had a problem, they couldn't do a whole lot for her and that if the behavior continued into her teens, then I'd have a serious problem, well the behavior has continued into her teens, even with firm boundaries, set rules, consequences etc. Well, one month ago she stole Xanax and one of her friends alerted me to it. I had found out she had been taking then for at least three weeks. After a long wait in the ER, the doctors admitted her to the adolescent psych ward.She was there for 11 days, we welcomed her home but were very strict and did constant room checks. The psyche ward recommended her to a partial behaviorial problem where she could do regular schooling and have "intensive therapy". All she did was gossip about the other kids and whined about how "boring" it was and when could she return to regular school. She was out for all of eight days and even after keeping an eye on her, she stole about $150 worth of makeup from Rite Aid and CVS. She was not caught by the stores, but on room checks, I discovered the makeup. To try and deflect her responsbility she claimed she wanted to cut herself so she called the crisis hotline, we took her to the hospital and she thought she would go back to the original place, well since she was in the behavorial partial program, they admitted her to inpatient to the other facility. She has been there for two weeks, she hasn't faced her problems, won't own up to her responsibilities, continues to blames others and still gossips about the other patients. I demanded another evaluation, since they had diagnosed her with Bipolar II which is total bull, in my opinion, she shows no symptoms. They are going to release her Thursday, frankly I have had it with her behavior, I have an 8 month old and a 12 year old and she gets more attention than the two of them combined. It is not fair to the rest of the family so I feel my only option left is to send her to her biological father who will allow her to be as much of a mess as she wants to be, he thinks shoplifting and doing drugs is "normal teenage behavior", I've done my best to try and raise her right but I honestly believe that the first five years she was with him created the monumental brat that she is today, other than finding another treatment facility (I think these places are a joke) the only option is to send her to her dad, let him have some of the "Fun" and stress I've been dealingi with for the past 7 years.
