What could cause me to see trails all of a sudden like I'm on acid.?

This has happened twice now. I see trails of my hands or of whatever I am looking at and of a sudden feel like I am tripping on acid. It lasts about 15 minutes then it goes away. I feel dizzy when it happens. I'm on psyche meds but I take them properly. I was always well hydrated and had eaten. I'm really scared because this time it is coming back throughout today on and off. Please help!
