What does this dream mean?

well, i had a dream about this girl, i have only really spoken to her once, but last night i had a dream i was fighting about 20 men to protect her, they were attacking her and i had to fight them all, all while i hid her behind my back, then she turned into a star fish and died, that is the part that confuses me most, but i am confused at the whole thing. any suggestions on what my Psyche is telling me.
