Some vets would say anything to get your money, but in this case I believe he is right, the longer you prolong the operation, the worse he will get, he most likely pays no mind to it, and acts as if though it does not bother him, and it probably does not at the moment, but in the long run you would be putting him in grave danger. Glad to hear that you have the money for this situation, as for those who do not have the money, I am sure there is help out there, at least I hope there is, no I pray there is!
