Could I be pregnant? please help!?

Hello, I was diagnosed with PCOS around 4 years ago and been with my partner around 3 years, we have always had unprotected sex as I was trying to conceive but no joy. I've in the last week experienced very sore and tender breasts (usually this happens around my period is due) but it's never been this bad, it keeps me up at night and I get shooting pains in the breasts also. I cannot remember the exact date of when I started my last period but I know I am possibly a week or 2 late as they were slightly irregular the last few months. I have been getting period cramps every day also for over a week but not too paninful...still no period however, I presumed the sore breasts were because I am around my due date. My breasts have also become swollen and I am feeling a little more tired than normal but unable to sleep of a night time which could be the reason. I presumed that I would never fall pregnant and now I am wondering after looking at a few symptoms online if I could be?? I was going to wait another week or so to do a test just to be sure as I have been a little stressed recently so this could be affecting my late period, the fact my breasts are increasinly sore and swollen is my only worry as it's never been this bad, there is no darkness around the nipples or swelling of the stomach from what I have noticed so far. Please help!
