Can an employer view a criminal record in pennsylvania for a misdemeanor if you still are a minor?

When i was 16 a few months ago i was arrested for shoplifting around $400 in clothes and also conspiracy, it may have been over 500 but the police said it would be counted as a misdemeanor anyway. the charges are still pending i presume and i haven't been called in to court or anything like that yet. would a criminal background check for a job be able to find the arrest and/or pending charges if i am still under 18 when it is being done? also what kind of punishment should i expect if i am called into court or after the charges are officially filed? (also no answers saying that stealing is wrong and stupid or anything like that, i dont need to be lectured on that any more)
