anyone can sue anyone for any thing. In order to prevail (win the suit) you need to prove in court DAMAGES to your name, reputation, earnings ability, or personal life, and you would need to establish a reasonable DOLLAR AMOUNT of such damages. Since you have no "copyright" on your name, and since the Pokemon character is NOT EXACTLY named the same as your name, or trading on your reputation, what are the damages you suffered ?
