Loner Lead and Bad colleague. Please suggest.?

We are a team of three working on a software project. Me , my Team-Lead and my colleague. The team is formed couple of months back and we are working on a new project. My Team-Lead is an highly intelligent guy and has lot of knowledge. The problem is he does not want to share his knowledge. He does not want to help his team and does not interact with the team when it comes to work related stuff otherwise on general topics(non-work related) he talks a lot. My colleague is a girl who (seems like) has shown fake experience. Her husband's friend owns a company and she without working there, has shown the experience of 2-3 years. She does not know anything about our work. Complete zero knowledge. Her husband has taught her a computer language and that is it. She keeps asking me very very silly questions in a very low voice and tells me to help her and understand her. I have helped till now but now I am loosing my patience. She never asks my TeamLead to help because she does not want to show him that she does not know the stuff. Also when she asks something he does not help her. I have told her to ask TeamLead instead of me because he is better than me and also it is his responsibility to help his team. She has decided to be in good-terms with TeamLead because she said he is the one going to let Manager know about our work-progress at the time of appraisal. If I start working she sits behind me and keeps looking at my screen. This makes me uncomfortable and I have told her to do her work and let me or LEad know when she has a doubt. TeamLead behaves as if this whole is none-of-his-business. He is capable of handling the whole project. I am not too good and not too bad. I am learning. I also know that the recruiter has given this girl more salary than mine. I feel bad because I have the real experience. I do lot of work as compared to her and I am emotionally tortured to help her (as she says "you know that I don't know anything please help me"). Personally(out-of-office) she is not that helpful. She has got lot of jealousy. I just don't feel like working in this environment. I can't complain to my manager because the client likes my TeamLead a lot. Even if Manager tells something to my TeamLead to behave, he won't change and I will go in bad terms. What should I do ?
