What is it about the act of scratching one's butt that makes people want to point it out and laugh at it?
When you scratch your head or your arm or your ankle, nobody cares. but when you start scratching your butt even for a brief second, someone would notice. Why is that? What is it about the human psyche that makes for this partiality?
