What is wrong with my skin?

Last week blisters or legions randomly broke out on my chest. Progressively, rashes appeared all over my body. I applied a lotion that my dermatologist prescribed to me for use with an antibiotic that I take for acne. This dried my skin out severely and caused my face to be beat red, dried out, and puffy eye lids for roughly five days. One of the "rashes" made its way to my penis which now has very swollen skin. I've looked up many skin diseases and at first presumed this to be Cellulitus or another one of which I forgot the name of, but quickly decided against when I read about the mystery disease "Morgellons". http://www.morgellonsuk.org.uk/ - I have near every symptom listed on this website. Is it possible that I could have everything, but not actually have Morgellons? I'm open to all suggestions of what this could potentially be. It just seems highly unlikely to be anything else because I've personally witnessed the "fibres" or threads come out of the opened lesions. I'm red and itching all over. I just want it to stop.
