Seeing stars when i stand up?

Yesterday I fell and hit my head. Ever since I have had a bad headache, feel off balance, and am sensitive to light and sound. I presume this is normal after getting a knock to the head. I have also been seeing stars when I stand up. I always assumed the "stars" went away a few minutes after the initial injury. Is it normal to continue seeing stars whenever you stand up?
