Can a married Taurus male be truly in love with another woman?

I am a married Leo woman and am involved with a married Taurus male. We actually met after fifteen years, almost like a karmic connection or something (lol!) and this time all the suppressed feelings came out. I never knew that he had been in love with me all these years. He expressed his love for me. We live in different cities and recently we met. He actually flew down just to meet me. We did become physical but didn't actually 'do' it. He was happy to just kiss and cuddle me and we talked and he didn't want to let me go. He went back the next day but has been calling and texting and telling me how much he misses me. (Yes, he did briefly mention that he can't really talk with his wife about serious issues that matter to him, and that she is quite irresponsible though good with the kids.) When he talks I don't doubt his feelings for me and he keeps saying 'I love you'. Does he really mean it? Neither of us wants to rock the boat but what we have is so amazing and explosive. What I want to know is this : I have heard so much about the legendary Taurus loyalty to his wife and family. But he seems very sincere when he says he loves me. Please throw some light on the Taurus male psyche.
