I have been off for 4 weeks with stress and eczema, i have handed in all my sick notes as requested, however HR keep ringing me which is causing me to be more stressed!! they even send me a letter presuming ive quit however they know im sick. Can i be sacked or made redundant? ive been working here 9 months. thanks
